Congress never fixed Obamacare.  When patients who could have been cured become terminally ill because of a doctor shortage and delays in the system, some rebel.  This is an action-packed novel set in the future.

A man in Chicago who spotted a malignancy early enough to have a 97 per cent chance of cure was delayed for so long he became terminally ill. He knows he soon will die and decides to take his congressman with him. He assassinates the congressman, but first mails letters explaining to the news media why he is doing so.

His death spawns an epidemic of copycat killings of congressmen, senators and federal judges by other dying patients.  The book concludes by showing readers what they must do to peacefully escape the outrages of a broken system.
